Here are some pictures of a few models that I have painted.
KATE'S SORROW - a Bizet resin painted to a dark caramel buckskin that can pass for a light bay.
HOPE - An old mold Breyer SM Arab stallion. Now a mare in a nice flaxen chestnut.
SHELLBONES AND GUARDSMAN - Breyer old mold SM foals painted to dark bay paints.
SNAKE EYE - Magnificence resin painted to look like my favorite Breyer model. #48 black Morgan. His picture turned out a bit yellow, the horse is definitly black though.
LUCKY PENNY - Breyer old mold SM Morgan stallion painted bay. He had a very successful live show career that was ended suddenly by a leap from the shelf. I do have some pictures and plan on starting his photo career soon.
VOID WHERE PROHIBITED - Breyer's Clydesdale Stallion painted a rich mahogany bay. This was my first attempt useing oils.
WEEDEATER - Breyer's old mold SM TB mare painted to a palomino blanket appy.
BAR CARDEE - Cruise Controll resin painted to a bay paint. I did this one for my best friend Julie Ehlers and I hated to send him away!
5-GAITER - Old Breyer-Style Dapple black done on a Breyer 5-Gaiter.
MEEKO - LJJ Norman resin painted to a black tobiano Vanner.
HEAD HONCHO - Cruise Controll resin painted to a rich red bay paint.
